Subscription monitoring

You can follow up on your current usage of CDN Traffic, Cloud Storage and Visual Operations Credits (used for AI and video automations) at a glance in the header of your Cloudimage app.

Billing - Usage Alert Notifications (Service)

When enabled, the platform will automatically send three usage alert notifications:

When any component of your plan reaches 85% of its allocated allowance
When usage reaches 100% of the allocated allowance
When usage exceeds 125% of the allocated allowance

These notifications are sent by email to all users assigned the Owner, Admin, and Accountant roles within the company account.

Each Visual Operation involves a call to a video processing or AI API. Credits are valid for use over a 12-month period. Payments for credits will follow the same schedule as your subscription, keeping everything simple and aligned.
